Why Use Online Directories
Having a social media and
directory presence for a small business is paramount. Many small businesses
have elected to not establish a solid internet presence due to the lack of
understanding of how to do it properly, lack of time, or not understanding the value
it can bring. It is fair to say that
most people know or use Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Linkedin. But
unfortunately that is no longer enough to distinguish yourself from the
competition.
- properly optimize local directories
- obtain a presence on all relevant social media sites to your
business
- pursue customer reviews.
One particular site every small
business needs to be on is Google Plus. Google Plus is a must because the integration
with Google+ Local, provides reviews, and may be visited more times even before
a company’s own website. These features lend small professional services to
improve ranking and listings on Google searches. Google local is also starting
a grading system. If you are unfamiliar Google went to a “out of 30” grading
system instead of the more familiar “out of 5 stars”.
Now it is important to remember
the best way to optimize your internet presence is to get your name out there
as many ways as you possible can. An organic presence is the best presence.

Need a New Marketing Platform?
It is always nice to use something that is free, like social media marketing. Other marketing strategies can have real costs if they fail, but social media marketing is cheap and easy to change. You can improve your strategy by applying user feedback and learning from the mistakes of other social media marketers. This feedback, along with the tips you're about to read, will help you quickly attract customers to your site.
Try to learn from your past marketing experiences. Knowing
what has worked and what hasn't will allow you to embrace strategies that work
and avoid those that don't. If you do this, you'll know what works and doesn't
work whenever you attempt to launch your campaign.
When developing your company's design for social networks,
include more imagery than just your company logo. Many customers often want to
know who is behind the product or service they use. It's important to share an
appropriate family or a group employee photo now and then.
Watch traffic fluctuation with everything you do so that you
can look at the results carefully. You should avoid jumping to conclusions when
you have either a really good day or a bad one. Watch for trends on how your
traffic flows.
You can gain a good Facebook audience by sending out an
email to your contacts with a link to your page. Perhaps you have already
developed your mailing list. Put it to work for you by including your Facebook
link in materials you send to subscribers. This simplifies the process of
finding your social media sites for your customers.
When you have found your target market, polished your
products and gone to the right social media sites, it is easier to publish your
content. Publishing your media is simply a matter of posting your content on
social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and YouTube in methods that mean your
target niche will come across it. Then, all you have to do is sit back and
watch your profits grow.
About us, whocanihire is a simple, user friendly online directory and is ready for your companies or services listing. We have worked with many companies looking to enhance their online presence through directories and social media. As an example, The Mortgage Firm office located in Boynton Beach attributes 2-3 transactions per month based on their online presence.
Social Media Marketing And You: How To Expand Your Business.
Social media marketing is everywhere these days, on PCs, laptops,
tablets and smartphones along with traditional media promoting their social
media sites. You will not avoid it so
you might as well use it to your advantage. My hope is this article will try to help you
avoid some of the common pitfalls of social media marketing and help make your
plans become more effective.
#textcode_from_above#
Just like marketing with articles, you never want to put out
low quality information that will ruin your brand’s (remember, individually you
are also a brand) reputation. Find out
about different methods of advertising on social media sites before you begin.
You have to remember that no two social sites are the same. Learn a little bit about the differences
between them. Perhaps one particular site reaches a majority of people and so
is a worthwhile recipient of most of your efforts.
A great thing to remember before starting your social
campaign is that things can get nasty on social media sites from time to time. Be prepared to overcome or avoid any form of
negativity. It is always a good thing to know that there are positive things to
say about your company, but you also have to deal with complaints. Do not ignore unhappy customers, but make an
attempt to help them.
Create humorous content when possible. Keep the humor appropriate, but use it when
you can so that you can increase positive reader reaction. When the things you post make someone laugh,
they might share it with others. This is
a great way to create a word-of-mouth affect.
It is crucial that you keep your social media profiles
updated and current. Content goes stale
quickly, which means you'll start hemorrhaging followers pretty quickly if you
don't keep your profile updated.
Educate yourself on social networking itself. Even if you use Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn
or Twitter already, establishing a professional social media presence is very
different from personal social media use. Take the time to learn what has worked for
other professionals.
Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will a social media
presence. You won't get 10,000 followers in the blink of an eye. It can happen,
but it is not very likely your profiles will get attention that fast. Provide good content, frequently update your
page and interact with your visitors and in good time you will gain a
substantial following.
Failure happens to everyone, but social media is unique in
that failure can be turned into success at a relatively low cost in time or
dollars. It will not cost a lot, if anything at all so you can experiment with
all of your ideas without losing money. The article you just read gave you some
basic strategies to use as you enter the social media marketing arena, but in
order to really succeed, you need to figure out what works best for you on your
own.
Use Social Media Marketing To Gain A Following For Your Business
If you really want to build your business into an online
name and brand, your presence needs to be visible where folks can see you. Nowhere is that easier than through social
media sites. Such websites are widely trafficked, so making use of them when developing
a marketing strategy is critical. It can
actually decide whether or not you meet success or failure. This article contains some great advice on
how you can make it.
If you want your Facebook page to be interesting and to flow
well, frequently put up content that looks good and is enjoyable. Add some YouTube videos, some relevant articles,
links to humorous non-offensive sites, and other potential pieces of content.
Find the right balance between being friendly and professional.
Whether you're creating content to post on a blog, a Twitter,
Pinterest, or Facebook, it is important you come up with something catchy that
people will remember you by. Remember,
headlines and titles that stand out, they can be powerful tools which draw in
people and make them want to know who you are and eventually will lead them to
your site.

When you develop friends and followers via social media,
speak about them highly. This is strange, but people like seeing social
credentials prior to interacting with you. You should blog about these friends
and share them on Facebook and Twitter. Also, incorporate links to your other pages.
Try to incorporate a lot of media outlets into your service
to increase your visibility. Though Facebook is perhaps the best known vehicle,
you should never disregard the potential of other sites including Twitter and Pinterest.
You have a greater chance of success if
you implement many types of media outlets.
Make your site more social media-friendly with comments,
ratings and favorite lists. Your site's
users will feel as if they have a voice, as they rank content on the site by
popularity.
In regards to social media, never give up and stay
motivated. Once you have a loyal group
of followers, your traffic and number of followers will gradually increase. It can take about a year to build a good
following and take advantage of the real benefits for your business and develop
creative marketing strategies.
You will see how social media increases customer loyalty if you use these suggestions. If you are new to this area of marketing, you will soon see these ideas as a great way of generating business, increasing the awareness of your business and getting a bigger customer base.

Why Should You Use Social Media in Small Business Marketing?
Why do you think you need to explore social
media in marketing your small business? Here are some thoughts that you may
want to consider...
Having a marketing strategy won’t be enough
if it will not be implemented correctly to your target audience. With this in
mind, the limits to innovative thinking were set to a higher level through
creative ideas and determination. Because of the financial crunch we are all
experiencing today; small businesses have been maximizing ways to innovate with
their marketing efforts. You are not alone in this dilemma. And you do not have
to be! Right now, with the help of social media experts, you can promote your business
without breaking the bank.
The Internet and its Marketing Power
A lot of small businesses have realized
that the internet is a suitable marketing medium with its millions of users. In
short, social media offers huge marketing opportunities for everyone. If you
are not yet using social media, where in the world are you? If you have not yet
noticed, small businesses are developing a stable and strong presence on the
Internet. I had been looking at an online directory lately and I am seeing the
presence of small businesses on the web. These entrepreneurs are using social
media marketing as a strong and sustainable way to develop awareness for their
respective brands.
What are the Possibilities?
Businesses will surely become successful
and be able to stay above the competition if they start optimizing the use and
leveraging the presence of social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter,
Youtube, and Pinterest, to name a few of these sites. In social media
platforms, it is all about people, events, and happenings. If you are not
following all these, how will you know who are the people that will buy your
product or service?
Social networking sites like Twitter and
Facebook succeed by connecting masses of people and by spreading information
quickly within the network. With the use of mobile smartphones and handheld
devices, the power of social media is even more magnified. Small businesses
could likewise use social networking sites to inform followers about their
upcoming sale or events. Without a doubt, mobile marketing and social media are
the future of small business marketing. Maybe it is time that you jump in too.
In social media sites, you could also send
out coupons or sale codes. Through social networking sites, it is easier to
form meaningful dialogue and personal relationships with the target market.
With these simple practices of sending out coupons or simply replying to
customers, businesses can connect with their customers on a more personal level
and this could lead to long term customer dedication. This is marketing at its
best, don’t you agree?
The Pitfall
But there is one caveat. One of the biggest
pitfalls of utilization of social media is when businesses spam their followers
with information up to the point where they tend to stop following the business
altogether. Small businesses should make
sure that their followers are not being overloaded with information. It is
important to always make sure that there is something meaningful in each of the
updates and messages you send. In short, be genuine and sincere. Don’t mislead
people and try to provide only the best information that your followers will
read or watch.
The Cost of Social Media Marketing
Do you think small businesses should take
advantage of social media? Of course! Why not?
You may have apprehensions because of the costs involved or the skills
required with these marketing methods. The good thing is that they can use
these tools even with smaller budgets. Forget the traditional methods such as
TV ads or print. Who can afford them?
Businesses should devote reasonable amount
of investment with their marketing strategies to be effective. This is also
true with social media campaigns. But I guarantee you; gaining new customers
through social networking can give you the best value for every marketing
dollar. With more and more people following your Tweets or subscribing to your
Youtube channel or simply buying your products, the marketing will surely pay
for itself.
Take Action!
If you are now fired up to begin using
social media, you might as well answer this question: How do you get started?
Find an online directory and contact the
experts. Hiring the pros that can offer you reliable marketing services is the
best way to go. Find the specialists that can offer you with the right choice
of profile, can link your social media sites, and can assist you with your
gallery.

Why Your Business Needs A Social Media Strategy
In these tough economic times, one of the biggest challenges
that small businesses face is competing with the low prices of big
corporations. Additionally, corporations have the time and the resources to
constantly be pushing marketing efforts that drive sales while making their
already strong brand awareness even stronger. So how does a small business keep
up with that kind of financial strength in order to keep themselves afloat? In
the last several years, the answer to that has lied in social media marketing.
The problem that most small businesses face is that the public has simply never
heard of them.
Before you can even make a concerted effort to drive sales,
you’ve got to have the drive for brand awareness. Far too few small businesses
realize the value of social media and the impact it can have on your brand, and
inevitably, your bottom line. This is where most small businesses lose out and
risk closing their doors. A lack of understanding towards the power of social
media is a sure fire way to make sure your business gets left in the dust.
With social media marketing, you can create small virality
to your brand. When one person finds your business, a social media presence
encourages them to interact with your brand. That interaction is seen by all of
their friends, which can lead to further interaction from other people. The
process repeats itself and, provided you keep up with the claims that you offer
within your social media channels, you can build a fan base that is
proportional to the size of your business when compared to the larger brands in
your industry.
Social media isn’t about direct selling, but it is about
direct awareness. It gives the small guy an opportunity to make themselves a
common household name like the big guys. Additionally, it keeps your brand in
back of people’s minds, which can eventually lead to a sale when the time comes
that they can use your product. Empowering your business with proper social
media tactics is a vital strategy when it comes to the success of any small business.
Staying Relevant
A couple of easy steps to stay
relevant while marketing through social media/sharing.
1. Keep information up to date.
Social media affords you the opportunity to keep your information new. It also
allows you to keep your marketing relevant to your business.
2. Optimize your presence. As a
business owner you want your name to be in front of as many potential clients
as you can. Most importantly having a social media presence is crucial for the
survival of your business. But you also want to ensure you are capturing people
with the right keywords as well. Another extremely important tool is
getting on the right directories.
3. Stay on the Google radar. When you
perform a search for anything how often do you go to the second page on a
search result? Probably not often. So you want to ensure you are
staying on that first result page. Blogs are a great way to keep you near
the top of a search. Another benefit of blogging is building better customer
relationships. You can keep clients up to date with day to day activates
directions you are headed, promotions, and allowing your customers to interact
with you.
The whocanihire.com business directory is
dedicated to helping small businesses succeed in their communities through
social sharing.
Think Of The Image You Want To Project
It is important to stick with a
single image you want your business to project. By keeping it uniform it allows
you to send the same message to potential customers without confusing them. But that doesn’t mean you cannot get creative.
By incorporating whocanihire.com,
you are in control of the information on your specific page, and this allows
you to get out content to your customers with total control of the
content. By using your Facebook page,
Twitter, and other social media outlets to drive customers to your business you
are backing up your central idea and will build your brand.
Know Your Market
Overextending your company’s
marketing may cause you to lose sight on the customers you actually can
acquire. Without knowing your businesses target market, you can find yourself
throwing out too large of a net and catching nothing.
Identify your market then adapt
your marketing so it’s aimed to that specific market sector. Once you have
identified these factors, whocanihire.com
can help you gain those new customers by using the resources on a geolocated
database and ensuring you have people looking for your business in your
immediate market. Pair that with your social media outlets like facebook,
twitter and others, and you are sure to get a larger customer base.
The Alternative To 50 Cent Stamps?
Businesses spend $17 billion dollars alone to send advertising mail of which an estimated 44% goes unread. If you are a small business or service marketing through the U.S. Postal Service, the time is now to strongly consider social media for your promotion and customer retention.
In the week that the Obama administration asked Congress to consider other metals to produce the nickel, which cost 11.2 cents each, the U.S. Postal Service is looking to increase the price of a first class stamp from 45 to 50 cents a stamp in an effort to stop bleeding red ink after a recorded loss of $3.3 billion in the final three months of 2011. Additionally the Postal Service expects that by 2015 it will be looking at a $18 billion dollar loss without significant changes.
In fairness, the Postal Service has been working on plans to reform their business since 1976 when it predicted that electronic media would decrease physical mail delivery...the rise of the fax machine!
Do you know what the National Association of Letter Carriers uses to economically reach out to it's members? Yep, social media sites like facebook, youtube, twitter and flickr.
This is not a slam upon the Postal Service, but as a small business with a limited marketing budget and declining returns, isn't it time to embrace the new medium? whocanihire.com puts your business right in front of your market using social media at little or no cost. Businesses and professionals can create a unique profile up to five pages with company logo, links to current website and up to 17 social media channels like facebook, yelp, twitter and LinkedIn giving you the ability to interact with your customer base in real time.
This is real, the times have changed for the Postal Service and traditional marketing for businesses and their services has changed with it. Watch the video to learn more.

Word of Mouse Marketing-Using Twitter
As we continue to use our mouse or smart phone as the primary communication tool for business, it is essential you understand the value of twitter.
Twitter is THE site for micro-blogging. Twitter allows for real time communication and messaging in 140 character bursts or tweets. Twitter users can post their tweets, which can include links to video, Facebook & Google+ pages, photos, blogs, and other relevant informative pieces.
Although it may seem confusing and time consuming, engaging with your follower's will be incredibly lucrative for your business or professional service. My own story:

Although it may seem confusing and time consuming, engaging with your follower's will be incredibly lucrative for your business or professional service. My own story:
On a Saturday prior to taking the plunge into social media marketing and not knowing what I was doing. I set up a twitter account (@hermosahillscr) for a development we are involved with in Costa Rica. Not realizing what I was doing, I failed to place a link to our website to access additional information, less than 48 hours, I received a call at my office in Florida from a potential buyer in Arizona interested in a million dollar home in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica. Obviously, I immediately saw the power in this social media tool. This interaction would have never have happened if I not begun learning the value of social marketing.
There are a few things to keep in mind as you begin tweeting, those being:
- Being interesting, smart and funny will bring followers and engagement and business
- Become a go-to source for people looking for your services or product, whether selling to them or being a helping in the decision making
- Stay away from automated apps that are available that tweet for you, beware of the robots!
- Check your messages regularly and establish conversation
- Don't tweet on the hour, every hour or spam
- Get your twitter name out there to everyone: Facebook, website, business cards, and LinkedIn

Mile Marker 25
Twenty miles east from famous Key West, FL you will find a small and beautiful key called Summerland. This key begins at mile marker twenty-five and is located next to the home I recently stayed in. On this key, there is a local family owned grocery store called Murray's Market. They have a sign posted in their restroom telling folks to "Like" them on facebook and that they will be posting grilling, cooking tips, in-store specials, and more.
I found it interesting that this small grocery store, in a key that is no longer than 2 miles would be online promoting themselves. This is a local grocery store for people on vacation staying in the area and local residents. It fascinates me how social media is taking over...worldwide. Murray's Market made my family and I very yummy subs for our boat trips and a delicious FSU print rice crispy treat.
I believe businesses that have not joined the social media bandwagon are really missing out on this gigantic worldwide platform to market themself. Social media does nothing but benefit the business, just like whocanihire does. Huge successful corporations as far as Lays Potato Chips, Chevrolet, Jet Blue, Southwest Airlines, Marriot International Hotels, Carnival Cruise Line, Hertz, Home Depot, and so many more have official Twitter and Facebook accounts. Businesses large and small have established a presence on social media sites employing community managers or in the case of many small businesses spending a few hours a week promoting themselves. As an example, a New Orleans local pizza restaurant brought in 15% of its customers through a Twitter promotion. Why would you not want to engage with potential new customers through social media? All I can say is you better get to "tweeting" if you already haven't.
Anyways, I could go on and on about the benefits of joining social media. My family and I had a wonderful trip in Summerland Key and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, homey, relaxing area to stay when staying in the Florida Keys. Of course we visited Key West and Duval Street. Just hearing the words Margaritaville, El Siboney (local cuban restraunt everyone should eat at at least once), Half Shell Raw Bar, The Flying Monkey Bar, and the famous Mallory Square Sunset Celebration takes me back to my week in paradise. Murrays Market is a great example why social media is the right area to market your business!

30 Minute Small Business Marketing Plan
Social media marketing is changing the landscape of small businesses marketing. It puts you in control in ways that most small businesses never experienced.
In the past when it came to marketing, small business usually had to put their eggs in one basket, that basket being a mail campaign, radio, or even television. Once a small business decided on what marketing route they were going to go, that was it. You had to decide what message you wanted to put out there, and you could not change it, without paying for it of course. If you decided you wanted to change your marketing or a change in the market occurs you have to start that marketing campaign over again. Well this is no longer the case, marketing is no longer static.
Social media marketing allows small businesses to stay on top of their market, and any changes that occur. With as little as 30 minutes a day, real time marketing is a reality. Here are a few tips:
· Utilize Twitter. Spend some time a day following new people. Not only will you stay up to speed on the people you are following, most of the time people will in turn follow you. So now, all your updates are seen by more potential clients.
· Facebook updates. A small blurb about what you did that day, or new clients you brought on builds credibility in the social media word.
· Blog. Dedicating a weekly blog that is business related can keep people up to speed on your business.
These are just a few examples of what can be done. But something that is unique to small business is it gives businesses the ability to get creative. If you decide on a marketing strategy Monday, by Wednesday, you can change it 180 degrees. For almost no cost other than a little time to a small business.

9/11 Facebook Application - Honoring The Victims
This Sunday, Facebook has collaborated with The National September 11 Memorial & Museum to release a facebook app remembering the very special victims of 9/11. When downloading this app, you are asked to update your profile with statuses or a profile picture of your choice remembering the victims of this tragic event that took place 10 years ago, this Sunday.
This facebook application maker goes by the name of Involver. This application was released this past Wednesday. The app will be throughout facebook and can also be downloaded through your phone. You will find it on Pages of members of Congress, presidential candidates, celebrities and many more. With facebook having more than 750 million users, this application is bound to spread through out social media and the world.
My most favorite part about this app is that when a user selects to donate his/her status, the application allows them to choose from 3,000 victims. These victims all range from The World Trade Center, Pentagon, passengers of Flight 93, and the six people killed in the February 1993 World Trade Center bombing. As an individual you can select the option to dedicate your status to a specific victim. This is taken to remember the 3,00 men, women, and children who lost their lives in these 4 events, taking time to remember them through a facebook app is one out of many ways these victims will be remembered, on September 11, 2011.

Reach out to each profile and ask them to "Like" you, and even show them how. Always include links to your page, whether your writing a blog, on someones wall, a message, etc.
Add for example Sincerely, Chanler Haden Contributed : ( www.whocanihire.com/about ), then Chanler is now promoting through something so basic as a wall post.
After listening to that tip, I bet you have "Likes" already. Now you need to interact with those fans at least 2 or even 3 times a day. Post links about something interesting or funny. For instance, http://www.facebook.com/#!/whocanihire puts a (joke of the day) on their wall Monday-Saturday. Cool right?! Now all they're doing is putting their joke of the day on their wall with a link to the joke and promoting themsleves through something so basic.
The most affective way I have seen interacting with customers is through personally sending them messages with a short one or two sentences telling them what your business is all about. Coupons on your facebook site are another way to promote, "Like" us today and get $10 off when you sign up http://www.facebook.com/#!/whocanihire . Make sure you have a comment box on your page, or a way for customers to leave their advice or opinions. Many customers crave personal attention from you. Respond to all facebook comments in a friendly and polite manner to show off your businesses personality. Always post fun appropriate videos to grab the attention of your social media craving customers.
Making Your Idea - Make you Money!
It seems these days everywhere you turn wild and sometimes almost ridiculous ideas take over the world’s attention. Remember silly bands? Have you ever sat around with your friends, drinking beers considering crazy ideas to make big bucks?
I got my idea for this blog from Hannah Hart of "mydrunkkitchen" fame who thought it would be funny to make a cooking video on Youtube. Soon after posting she had a group of fans and followers asking for more. When people ask Hannah for tips on how to get famous through Youtube, Facebook, or other social media sites, she gives the following six steps that she has learned along the way.
So with all that said, next time you’re sitting around with your buddies drinking a beer laughing about crazy ideas, and a good one comes along, you should run with it! Get it setup on Youtube, whocanihire, Facebook, or any other good social media sites you have in mind. See where your idea with dedication takes you.

- Be a good friend so that people repost your video on other social media sites.
- Be patient (being in marketing for whocanihire.com, this is one virtue I have really learned). Building your site takes time and dedication. Make sure your site or whatever "your million dollar idea" may be, has potential and hold a purpose. Putting your idea out on these social media sites, you can be sure they will be seen.
- Get a second opinion and be open to multiple ideas.
- Don’t be afraid to work hard.
- Never post anything you’re not proud of.
- When posting comedy be sure it makes you laugh out loud

Social Media in the Coffee Shop
Lets face it, social media is the future of public relations and public sharing. With sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Foursquare, Yelp, and many others allowing you to tell where you are located and what you like/dislike about a business, comes the realization that everyone has the power to impact their brand. For instance, I was in Best Buy just the other day and I tweeted out, “The customer service at Best Buy in The guy sitting next to you in Starbucks with his iphone could be writing a Twitter, Facebook,Foursquare, Yelp update or review about your business, which will then be pushed out for followers to see and then affect the decision making of your customers. Crazy right? The average joe in Starbucks is then just as important as a millionaire walking into your store interested in what your business is all about. Yes folks, times have changed. It's not just big street bulletins, newspaper articles, telemarketing that effects your businesses sales, it's social media.

'Tis the Season - Social Media and Hurricane Irene
It is the time of year in South Florida when most people become amateur weather persons. This time is hurricane season. And here we are on August 22, 2011 looking out to the Caribbean we have a hurricane named Irene. It does look like we are going to get lucky and not be affected here in South Florida . The actual storm can be very scary and can claim lives and should never be taken less than serious. For most people the aftermath is the most daunting part of any hurricane. So I was thinking about what can be done to get the clean up started sooner, and how small businesses can capitalize on helping their communities.
After Hurricane Wilma the power was off in most places for a week. Mind you, that is a pretty conservative number; I know there were large areas that didn’t have power for 30 days and even some places for months. Not only was the power lost but there was significant amount of damage in the South Florida area which needs to be cleaned up and fixed. Now most people would have gone to the phonebook to look for a company but that was 6 years ago, times have changed. People look to the internet for services now. Even with the power being out people will still have their phones. And almost everyone has access to a car, and a car charger. As you already know phones today have all of the social media applications, and, of course, access to the internet. So as a company you still have access to your potential customers and your customers have access to find you. So here are a few ways you can reach people after a storm hits:
· Tweet out right away what services you are providing. If you are a landscaping, tree trimmer, roofer, Pool Company, whatever it is, get it out there so people will see it. Don’t wait for them to find you. You want expect that people will wait until the power is back on before they think they can get anything fixed. By doing this it lets them know you are ready to work and fix their problem.
· Farm an area. Post on your Facebook and Twitter what neighborhoods your company is going to be in. Also post from what time to what time and what services you are offering. This is a good way to get your face out there after the storm. Not to mention it opens you up to residual business by getting your face out there.
· Make sure you document what you did with pictures and post and tweets. Obviously, this isn’t the best scenario to do business in, but it may create new business. Showing how quickly your company can respond and how receptive to a market change will give you the leg up on your competition. It also gives people a sense of community where someone can be ready to help in such a sort amount of time that makes people feel good.
